SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program description. Sixth Man operates a text-messaging program for clients, prospective clients, and partners who provide express written consent. The program is used for appointment reminders, policy and renewal updates, account notifications, and occasional informational or promotional messages related to our services.

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at sixthman-es.com, by providing written consent at an in-person meeting, or by responding to a request for consent from a Sixth Man representative. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

Message types

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us, the products or services you have requested, and the time of year. You should expect to receive messages on an as-needed basis rather than a fixed schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sixth Man does not charge a fee for the messages we send; standard carrier charges from your mobile provider may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing or informational SMS communications from Sixth Man. The SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage, network availability, and any usage restrictions imposed by your plan or device.
